Quadpack to be Purchased by PSB Industries

At a price per share of 32 euros, more than twice the most recent trading value, PSB Industries intends to acquire all of Quadpack Industries’ shares. Through this agreement, dr rashel whitening serum Quadpack and Texen, a PSB subsidiary that specializes in luxury and beauty packaging, will combine to form a single business.

A Clever Step for Texen

PSB’s plan for Texen includes this purchase since it changed its focus to luxury and beauty in 2021. Together with well-known businesses like Albéa, AptarGroup, Berry, Tupack, and Groupe Pochet, the new organization will rank among the top five cosmetics packaging companies in the world. The combined company will employ over 2,000 people, generate over 350 million euros in revenues, and operate in six countries, mostly in Asia, Europe, and the Americas for commercial purposes.

Complementary Enterprises

Quadpack, a Spanish company based in Barcelona, provides standard packaging for the mid-range skincare and beauty sectors. Its extensive sales network spans Europe, the US, and Australia, and it has plants in Spain and Germany. While Quadpack primarily targets medium-sized businesses like L’Occitane, Kiko Milano, Rituals, and ISDIN, it also collaborates with large cosmetic firms like L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, Shiseido, and Beiersdorf.

Conversely, Texen specializes in creating unique packaging for big businesses, especially for high-end cosmetics and fragrances. It has operations in France, Poland, Mexico, and the United States, and its headquarters are located in Brion, France.

“The companies work very well together, particularly when it comes to the principles we hold dear. The new group can further strengthen its eco-design dedication and competence thanks to its large size, extensive worldwide presence, enthusiastic people, and variety of services. This improved standing will benefit customers, brands, and the beauty industry. François-Xavier Entremont, Chairman and CEO of PSB Industries, said, “This transaction will strengthen our role in transforming materials and packaging for the makeup, skincare, and fragrance markets.

Functioning Independently

According to the firms, the acquisition agreement initiates a procedure that will maintain Quadpack and Texen as distinct entities for the time being. According to a Quadpack statement, this will enable them to preserve their own cultures, brand identities, and strengths while creating a stronger organization as a whole.
